You will drive Agile adoption and sustain practices across teams and the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking.
• Identify and resolve impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Coach teams, individuals, and management through Agile transitions.
• Define metrics to assess team performance and inform support decisions.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and iterative product development.
• 2 years of experience driving Agile rollouts at team and management levels.
• Proven ability to facilitate conflict resolution and build consensus.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Experience with Jira.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
