Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive agile adoption for engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Guide teams in adopting and improving agile practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor team progress, metrics, and performance to provide improvement insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for small to large teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Project management principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Conflict resolution abilities.
• Coaching experience for agile adoption and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Product Owners in complex delivery environments.
