Description

Responsibilities

·         Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

·         Help the team follow Agile and Scrum methodologies.

·         Identify and remove blockers and impediments.

·         Work closely with the Product Owner and development team.

·         Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project status.

·         Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.

·         Encourage team collaboration and continuous improvement.

·         Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

·         Help resolve conflicts and improve team productivity.

Required Skills

·         8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

·         Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

·         Experience with Jira and Confluence.

·         Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Experience working with remote/distributed teams.

·         Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred

·         CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.

·         Experience working with software development/IT teams.

·         Experience with Agile project management tools
