Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with roadmap milestones and engineering capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap milestones into actionable release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination with Product Owners.
• Manage enterprise delivery governance, maintain RAID logs, and drive mitigation strategies for technology and operational risks.
• Produce executive-level delivery status reporting, chair status meetings, and communicate health through KPIs like sprint predictability and release readiness.
• Facilitate alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies and escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience leading large-scale agile technology delivery programs, including enterprise platforms or digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Financial services or wealth management technology experience.
• Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments with familiarity in release management and change control.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP certifications.
