Description

You will facilitate Agile teams to ensure efficient delivery and adherence to Scrum principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team processes to drive delivery.
• Apply Scrum and other Agile frameworks to support team workflows.
• Monitor team progress and remove blockers to maintain velocity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar facilitation role.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and various Agile frameworks.
• Valid Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Eligibility to work in the USA as a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H1B visa holder.
