Description

Lead a remote scrum team using Agile methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team to drive self-organization and increase overall scrum maturity.
• Identify and remove impediments across the cross-functional team to maintain velocity.
• Support the product owner and development team to ensure high-value delivery to end users.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Scrum.
• 7-10 years of experience in Agile Team Practices.
• 3-5 years of experience in Jira Operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ability to manage and remove technical and organizational impediments.
• Any Graduate degree.
