You will guide globally distributed cross-functional teams through agile values and practices to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and iterative development to meet the Definition of Done.
• Facilitate Scrum events, PI Planning, Quarterly Planning, and Scrum of Scrums to manage dependencies.
• Remove impediments and barriers between stakeholders and teams to ensure continuous progress.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, refinement, and dependency identification.
• Drive organizational agile adoption by acting as an ambassador in communities of practice and leadership forums.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of active Scrum Master experience in software or digital solutions development.
• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience configuring and using Azure DevOps for workflow management and CI/CD integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving organizational change and influencing distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to implement empirical approaches for complex work through inspection and adaptation.
