You facilitate software development teams and manage complex, combined projects within a program.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily work and remove blockers for the software development team.
• Manage multiple and combined complex projects within a successful program.
• Guide the team through Scrum processes and ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Scrum Alliance CSM certification required.
• PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
• Experience in the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing combined complex projects within a program.
