Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for a Salesforce-driven provider modernization project replacing legacy mainframe systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage team workflows within a fully agile environment.
• Manage project timelines and delivery schedules for the Salesforce component of the modernization program.
• Coordinate the transition of workflows from mainframe systems to Salesforce.
• Ensure clear communication and remove blockers for the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or system update projects.
• Direct experience working within the health insurance payer industry.
• Strong ability to manage project timelines and milestones.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and framework facilitation.
• Excellent soft skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Familiarity with Vlocity.
