Description

You will facilitate agile processes and support team execution in a remote capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide agile coaching to improve process adherence and team effectiveness.
• Mitigate blockers and remove impediments to support continuous iteration execution.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings, including Daily Sync, Iteration Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum ceremonies and agile principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to manage and resolve team impediments effectively.
• Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration.
• Proficiency with Agile tools and practices.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
