Lead agile processes and facilitate delivery for a long-term contract role.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile methodologies and frameworks to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage project workflows using Scrum or Kanban techniques.
• Lead teams through effective people and project management.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to remove blockers and optimize delivery.
• Communicate progress and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
• Certified Scrum Master credential.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification or experience.
