Description

Lead multiple projects by facilitating agile delivery and coaching teams toward higher maturity levels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Daily Standups, Grooming, Planning, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Develop and implement key metrics to measure and report project progress and value.
• Manage dependencies by working with intra- and inter-departmental Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
• Provide concise project status reports tailored for project teams, stakeholders, and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Hands-on Scrum Master experience (2+ years).
• IT Project Management experience (3+ years).
• Agile/Scrum development methodology experience (3+ years).
• PPM, PSM, or CSM certification is required.
• Prior experience in the Banking domain.
• Proficiency with Jira, VSTS, or ALM.
• Experience with MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.
