Description

You will manage agile processes for multiple teams within a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily scrums, retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
• Coordinate release plan execution alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, RTEs, and development teams.
• Mentor teams and act as an Agile coach to improve delivery processes.
• Manage workflows across various time zones to support global delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in a Scrum Master role.
• Proven ability to manage 5 or more teams simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Proficiency in Scrum Management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Release Train Engineers (RTE).
• Ability to coordinate effectively with associates across different time zones.
