Description

You will lead Agile delivery for data engineering teams within a SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with the ART lead and RTE to draft, plan, and execute PI Planning events and monitor iteration objectives.
• Manage production deployments, track release cadence, and provide warranty support.
• Drive the adoption of automation and CI/CD practices to improve deliverable quality.
• Document functional and non-functional business requirements through workshops and collaborate with architects on technical decisions.
• Report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, and defect churn to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master driving data engineering requirements.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, including managing boards, backlogs, and creating dashboards using JQL.
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based Data Engineering architecture and landscape.
• Proven ability to conduct business workshops and document technical and functional requirements.
• Experience conducting team skill evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
• Expertise in facilitating Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and communicating impediments across the ART.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in the Reinsurance domain.
