Responsibilities

• Apply Scrum techniques and manage project artifacts to ensure team progress.
• Facilitate communication and practice servant leadership to support team autonomy.
• Resolve conflicts and address blockers to maintain development momentum.
• Manage workflows and documentation using project management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on agile projects.
• Proven experience working within a scaled agile environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

• Any Graduate degree.
