Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to support effective sprint execution and delivery.
- Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team's ability to achieve sprint goals.
- Promote Agile principles, Scrum best practices, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and facilitate timely resolution.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders within the Private Equity / financial services environment.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and financial-domain stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement and ensure the team has clarity around priorities and deliverables.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
- Private Equity domain experience is mandatory.
- Scrum certification is required.
- Strong background and understanding of the financial domain.
- Proven professional experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting technology initiatives within Private Equity or investment-focused financial organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics, risk/dependency management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with geographically or functionally diverse teams
