Description

You will guide cross-functional Agile squads to adopt and sustain Scrum principles, enhancing team productivity and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain healthy, well-prioritized product backlogs and ensure appropriate work distribution across team members.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and incorporate industry best practices to boost performance.
• Track progress and performance metrics using Jira and Jira Align to foster clarity and transparency.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters across multiple squads to support shared initiatives and delivery planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technology delivery environment.
• Strong practical understanding and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira and Jira Align.
• Ability to facilitate team ceremonies and promote high-performing Agile practices.
• Experience maintaining Agile metrics and ensuring clear communication of process artifacts.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and support Agile team development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).
• Experience working across multiple squads on shared initiatives.
• Background in delivery planning, Agile coaching, or program management.
