Description

Act as the Agile Scrum Master for a delivery team, facilitating processes and coaching members through shifting priorities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team processes to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Navigate ambiguous environments and manage rapidly shifting priorities.
• Negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify win-win solutions.
• Solve problems and remove blockers to maintain team velocity.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
• Two or more years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Five or more years of experience in IT areas such as software design, development, or architecture.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and negotiate.
• Experience working within large organizations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with the VersionOne tool.
