Description

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage complex project workflows for large-scale enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprint planning and manage workflows using Jira.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enterprise solutions.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity across multiple workstreams.
• Coach teams on agile best practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Track and report key metrics using Jira dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing large-scale projects.
• Expert proficiency in Jira administration, including customization.
• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Experience with programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
• Understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of commercial platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
• CSM or equivalent agile certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise solution implementation.
