You will guide and facilitate Scrum teams as a servant leader.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile initiatives to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and delivery goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to support smooth sprint execution and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Monitor team progress using Agile metrics to ensure delivery success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience supporting Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with the SAFe framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Agile scaling frameworks beyond SAFe.
• Background in technical project management or engineering.
