Description

You will manage Agile ceremonies and ensure effective tracking and delivery of work using Azure DevOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards, including the creation, updating, and tracking of user stories, tasks, and bugs.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlog items and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely updates of cards in Azure DevOps for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep the team on track and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards and tracking work items.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure team alignment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail in tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboards in Azure DevOps.
