Description

Facilitate project delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies within Capital Markets and Wealth Management domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery by evaluating business processes and implementing improvements with development teams.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), use cases, and test plans to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Perform impact analysis on new requirements and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate work products.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables meet schedule deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and perform post-implementation validations before end-user rollout.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery roles.
• Certified Scrum Master with practical experience in Scrum and Kanban.
• Deep domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading, Stock markets, and Wealth Management platforms.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience conducting requirement analysis and business presentations.
• Ability to perform requirement gathering through client meetings and impact analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with Java, .Net, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of release and project management.
• Domain-specific certifications.
