Description

You will facilitate the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with the development team to ensure alignment on product priorities and sprint goals.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and prioritize features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress and remove impediments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development lifecycle management.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum Master practices.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and tracking.
• Experience working with web-based applications, specifically Java and Angular.
• Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

• Experience with Java and Angular development teams.
