Description

You will facilitate Scrum practices, manage the product backlog, and drive process improvements for banking applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into acceptance criteria.
• Conduct backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate the product roadmap and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between development efforts, business needs, risk, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA.
• Understanding of web-based applications built with Java and Angular.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with corporate banking or credit card applications.
