You lead Agile delivery for large-scale technology and automation initiatives in the Risk management space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning while ensuring Agile best practices.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and impediments across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and system demos.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing delivery transparency via metrics and dashboards.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and SAFe methodologies to drive maturity.
• Track Agile metrics (Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Lead Time) and ensure compliance with governance and risk standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience in technology project delivery and Agile execution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and supporting multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services with a focus on Risk (Market, Credit, Liquidity, CCR).
• Proficiency with Agile management tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, modern technology architectures, data platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Management, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Data Aggregation, or BCBS 239.
