Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive delivery metrics for website and software development teams building authenticated portals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track, analyze, and present delivery metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Manage Azure DevOps Boards, queries, and dashboards to visualize workflow and progress.
• Coach teams on Scrum artifacts such as epics, user stories, and definition of done.
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and focus.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of applicable experience as a Scrum Master.
• CSM Scrum Master certification.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Queries, Dashboards); Repos and Pipelines are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of other Agile frameworks beyond Scrum.
• Experience working with website and software development teams.
• Proficiency in tracking and presenting delivery metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing processes and backlog refinement.
