Description

You will lead delivery teams in applying the Scrum framework to drive business results and eliminate impediments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remove and manage team impediments to enable value delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including iteration planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Assist Product Owners with planning, change management, and backlog maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks while monitoring execution against iteration plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and delivery processes.
• Strong command of the Scrum framework, Agile values, and principles.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Project Management, and software delivery.
• CSM, SSM, or PSM certification is required.
• Experience working directly with technical and product teams.
• Knowledge of modern Agile techniques including DevOps, test-driven development, and test automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certifications such as SASM, CSP, or SPS.
• Coaching experience.
