Description

You will serve as the Scrum Master for technical delivery teams, overseeing the Scrum process and coaching the development team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
• Support the product team in defining and managing the backlog.
• Guide release planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Ensure all Scrum cadences, including daily scrums, occur productively.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of working experience, with 4+ years specifically as a Scrum Master in a tech domain.
• PSM or CSM Certification.
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile processes.
• Experience working with technical delivery teams.
• Familiarity with technical engineering best practices, including Test Driven Development.
• Knowledge of Kanban, SaFe, and XP.
• Ability to facilitate effective planning and refinement sessions.
