You will lead Agile processes and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Prior professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Prior professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
