Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master while managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban processes.
• Apply strong business analysis to team workflow.
• Utilize SQL to query and analyze data.
• Manage work items using Agile tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a mature Agile environment.
• Extensive expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
• Expertise in Agile tooling, specifically Jira.
• Experience with Anti-money laundering (AML) tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries.
• Business analysis capability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Large-scale Agile adoption experience.
