Description

Lead Agile teams through the entire software lifecycle, from conception to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical program management across multiple cross-functional programs.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines with engineering and product partners.
• Partner with Product Owners to build and prioritize the product backlog.
• Proactively resolve technical, procedural, or logistical challenges.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of strong experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM-1/2, or PMI-ACP).
• Demonstrable experience using Azure DevOps for tracking velocity and impediments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models.
• Proven ability to manage project conflicts in changing environments.
• Experience working with varied scrum teams across remote, local, and offshore locations.

• Exceptional business relationship skills to discover underlying feature requirements.
