You will facilitate agile processes and manage project documentation within a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workflows and task tracking using JIRA.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence.
• Create visual presentations and process diagrams using PowerPoint and Visio.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue and sprint tracking.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to use PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping.
• Background working within the banking sector.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
