Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to drive delivery of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, coaching teams and Product Owners on Scrum practices as a servant leader.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments and manage risks for predictable delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver API-driven solutions.
• Support platforms through UAT planning, backlog refinement, and sprint readiness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of combined Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Proficiency with engineering practices including CI/CD and TDD.
• In-depth understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle, and financial data flows.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
