You will manage two scrum teams, ensuring smooth delivery through disciplined agile practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sprint ceremonies including grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
• Track team velocity and monitor progress against sprint goals.
• Resolve impediments to maintain continuous workflow and remove blockers.
• Implement vertical slicing techniques to improve user story delivery.
• Collaborate with client product owners and business leadership to align priorities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in conducting effective sprint ceremonies.
• Proficiency in velocity tracking and metrics analysis.
• Proven experience with impediment resolution and workflow optimization.
• Strong story grooming skills to ensure backlog readiness.
• Ability to perform vertical slicing for incremental value delivery.
• Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Sitecore.
• Experience in the insurance domain.
