Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure continuous, high-quality product delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives.
• Resolve people, process, and technology impediments to maintain delivery continuity.
• Coach team members on scrum principles and agile mindsets to ensure methodology adherence.
• Synthesize insights from sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive process improvement.
• Equip teams with the tools and environment needed for maximum productivity and frictionless delivery.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with a Bachelor’s degree.
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master and an Advanced Scrum Master Certification.
• OR 7 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in lieu of a degree.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a digital space environment.
