Description

You will lead Scrum teams in the insurance domain, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure steady delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the product owner in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
• Coach the development team on self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles blocking developer progress and protect the team from distractions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and scope.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
• Domain knowledge of insurance, specifically annuities and mutual fund delivery.
• Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coach teams on self-organization and effective knowledge management.
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in agile project management.
