Description

You will lead agile delivery and business analysis for LoanIQ system enhancements, bridging stakeholder and developer communication while driving requirements documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze and document business processes, BRDs, and FRDs with emphasis on LoanIQ capabilities.
• Drive backlog prioritization for LoanIQ features in collaboration with product owners.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing.
• Remove impediments and manage project risks to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in financial services.
• Deep understanding of LoanIQ data model, table maintenance, deal setup, accruals, fees, and GL accounting.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs and FRDs for complex financial systems.
• Strong SQL skills for data mining, analysis, and data mapping.
• Experience with data analysis and mapping within loan servicing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Visio.
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience optimizing LoanIQ system functionalities.
