Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and manage project delivery within a data-centric environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage burn downs and maintain RAID logs for assigned teams.
• Balance PMO milestones with scrum activities by assessing team velocity, blockers, and conflicts.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interference to maintain focus.
• Convey project status reports and coach team members in agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and common development practices.
• Technical familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and data processing.
• Working knowledge of Python, ETL/ELT processes, and Snowflake.
• Background in financial services or banking products.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Reference Data, Derivatives, Cash, or Finance products.
