Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive project delivery for Salesforce initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Apply Agile Scrum principles to remove impediments and maintain team velocity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Utilize Jira or Trello for Agile project management and tracking.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address project risks.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience with Jira and general project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams and facilitate discussions effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• SAFe or Kanban certification.
• Conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
