Description

You will guide development teams using Agile methodologies within a ServiceNow context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical roadblocks impacting delivery speed.
• Ensure team activities comply with SDLC standards and secure coding practices.
• Visualize team metrics, track velocity, and report progress to stakeholders using DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platforms.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience fostering self-organizing and continuous improvement team cultures.
