Lead Agile delivery by balancing agility with disciplined execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement Agile Scrum processes, ceremonies, and artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners to align sprint priorities with business value.
• Scale Agile practices across multiple scrum teams and project stakeholders.
• Manage delivery for multiple Agile SDLC projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile SDLC environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum ceremonies, roles, and artifacts.
• Strong technical knowledge of Java and JEE technologies.
• Experience with software branching and continuous integration patterns.
• Proficiency in software testing practices using JUnit or TestNG.
• Experience with Selenium test automation frameworks.
• Background in Project Management delivering complex Agile projects.
• Experience within the Insurance industry, specifically Life, Disability, Billing, or Policy Administration.
