Description

Facilitate agile delivery and coaching for a team operating within a logistics WMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure strict adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress while managing conflict resolution.
• Partner with the Product Owner to assist in creating and prioritizing user stories.
• Coach and mentor the team to improve Scrum practices and overall delivery efficiency.
• Act as an intermediary between the team and stakeholders to align efforts with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Background in the logistics sector.
• Proven ability to coach teams and improve agile processes.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and alignment.
• Ability to facilitate team discussions and resolve internal conflicts.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
