Description

You will lead multiple Scrum teams and facilitate agile delivery processes in Jacksonville, FL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum teams using Agile patterns such as burn-down tracking, retrospective formats, release planning, and capacity planning.
• Partner with technical staff and business sponsors to ensure designs meet both business and technical requirements.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests following established PMO guidelines.
• Facilitate project team status meetings to capture updates on schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize and prioritize workload while managing tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience leading Agile or Scrum projects.
• Scrum certification.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Project 2010 and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of SDLC disciplines and Project Management methodologies.
• Technical familiarity with .NET, developer, architect, and Product Management concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong documentation skills for analyzing existing applications.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with AIBots and Document Understanding modules.
