Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple cross-functional teams, driving self-organization and efficiency through servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums and all ceremonies associated with chosen Agile methodologies.
• Shield teams from external disruptions and manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own and report on Agile-related metrics to drive data-driven outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure clarity of requirements and exit criteria.
• Assess team performance continuously to remove waste and tweak Agile applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an active Scrum Master or Agile Coach role within development teams.
• First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
• Hands-on knowledge of various Agile frameworks including Scrum and Lean/Kanban.
• Mastery of at least one Agile tool suite such as Rally, Jira, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
• Experience serving software engineering teams and understanding SDLC principles.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, Architecture, Automation, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to train and convert non-Agile teams to sustained Agile outcomes.
• Experience communicating and defending performance metrics with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ACP, or SAFe certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project.
