Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs across multiple product lines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering Leads to define and prioritize digital capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• 5+ years experience with client-facing digital platforms.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, Client) and data governance.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines.
