Description

You will coordinate Agile Salesforce development by defining requirements and facilitating team ceremonies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce teams.
• Manage project backlogs, user stories, and tasks in Jira, ensuring accurate prioritization.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence.
• Identify impediments and foster continuous team improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Jira for agile project management and issue tracking.
• Strong experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent agile certification.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
