Description

You will lead and manage complex technology initiatives within the health domain, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Manager roles.
• Mandatory proven experience in the Healthcare/Health domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
