Description

Own the Scrum board and drive delivery quality within a SAFe Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Create, vet, and track work items to ensure completion and adherence to the Definition of Done.
• Represent the team in cross-team ceremonies and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams.
• Ensure robust business and technical acceptance criteria for all work items.
• Support testing and validation activities to eliminate unvetted assumptions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery or Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
• Proven ability to maintain Scrum board hygiene and work item quality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex topics.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners on acceptance criteria.
• Willingness to get hands dirty with testing and validation.
• Excellent critical thinking and cross-team communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification.
