Description

Lead agile delivery and program management for Data and Analytics teams in Atlanta, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, stand-ups, and affinity sizing.
• Support Data and Analytics owners with backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality value.
• Manage project administration, reporting delivery status, maintaining cost plans, and tracking schedule, scope, and resources.
• Coach teams on enterprise Agile practices and assess team maturity to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant IT and Scrum Master experience.
• 5+ years in a Scrum Master and program delivery role specifically within Data & Analytics.
• Proven track record managing medium to high complexity IT projects in a multi-national corporate environment.
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum, and XP methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of User Stories, TDD, DevOps, and Continuous Integration.
• Proficiency with Clarity or similar project management suites.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft DevOps or Jira.
• Background in product development.
• CSM, CSPO, or PMP certifications.
