Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and external-facing platforms and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA professionals, and scrum masters to meet defined goals.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders and executives to define scope, requirements, and expectations.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or scrum leadership.
• Proven experience implementing Agile development methodologies, specifically SAFe or Scrum.
• Ability to manage project scope and deliverables using a platform approach.
• Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Knowledge of data security, regulatory requirements, and industry compliance standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
